My journey into vintage fashion began over 20 years ago, as a teenager growing up in Germany. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of connecting with fellow enthusiasts, clients, and industry professionals, all of whom have encouraged me to share what I’ve learned along the way.
The Vintage Notebook is a blend of solo episodes about vintage designers, intimate conversations with like-minded fashion enthusiasts, and insider stories from the world of fashion history and collecting. Where It All Started: My Journey into Vintage Fashion
In this first episode, I share how my journey as a vintage buyer began—starting with my teenage years discovering vintage fashion in Germany, and how that early curiosity grew into a lifelong passion.
I take you through my path from Germany to London and New York, and how those experiences eventually led me to meet my business partner and co-found ROSKI YARD - a vintage showroom in Amsterdam.
